Kabul March 14 (IANS) At least 10 Haqqani militants were killed after Afghan forces struck their positions in Paktika province the Interior Ministry said on Tuesday.
On Monday evening a top commander of the Haqqani terrorist network along with nine others were killed in a targeted airstrike the ministry said in a statement.
The statement did not disclose the identity of the commander Xinhua news agency reported.
