Kolkata Jan 8 (IANS) The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested one person with 30 kg of ganja valued at Rs 3 lakh in West Bengal a senior official said on Monday.
Jubbar Ali a resident of North 24 Parganas district s Bongaon was arrested from his house premises with the ganja on Sunday evening NCB Kolkata Zonal Director Dilip Kumar Srivastava said in a release.
He was produced in a court on Monday Srivastava said adding that the consignment was procured from Manipur and was destined for Bangladesh.
