Ingredient:
½ kiwifruit, peeled
2 measures Jack Daniels
1 measure kiwifruit schnapps
1 measure fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes
Lemonade, to top up
Kiwifruit slices, to decorate
Method:
Muddle the kiwifruit in a cocktail shaker, then add the jack Daniels, schnapps, and lemon juice. Add some ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir and top up with lemonade. Decorate with kiwifruit slices.
