Ingredient:
4 ounces apple juice
5 ounces champagne or sparkling white wine
1 tsp super fine sugar

Method:
Add the champagne and apple juice into a champagne glass.

Stir in the sugar, until dissolved.

Serve with an apple slice on the rim.
