New Delhi July 21 (IANS) A biker was injured after he came into contact with Chinese manjha the sharp-edged sythetic kite string here on Friday evening a police officer said.
Lokesh 35 was injured while he was travelling through a flyover in Geeta Colony in east Delhi on Friday evening the officer said.
"The biker was injured was injured on his face and neck and was shifted to a hospital. His condition is said to be out of danger " the officer told IANS.
Last week the National Green Tribunal (NGT) had imposed a ban on Chinese manjha used chiefly for flying kites.
