Raipur Oct 9 (IANS) Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Tuesday condoled the death of nine persons in a blast at SAIL s Bhilai Steel Plant.
"I have been saddened by the accident that occurred at the steel plant. I pay my respect to those who died. I pray to God to give courage to the bereaved families and for the speedy recovery of those injured " he tweeted.
The Bhilai plant located 30 km west of state capital Raipur in Durg district is India s sole producer and supplier of rails for Indian Railways.
