Chennai July 27 (IANS) Non-banking finance company (NBFC) Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited on Thursday said it closed the first quarter with a growth of 25 per cent in its net profit.
The company in a statement issued here said it has logged a net profit of Rs 206.58 crore for the quarter ended June 30 2017 -- up from Rs 165.73 crore posted during the corresponding period of the previous year.
According to the company the disbursals during the period under review stood at Rs 4 853 crore as against Rs 4 561 crore in the first quarter of the previous fiscal.
