Ingredients
100 ml fresh orange juice
100 ml fresh pineapple juice
50 ml fresh lemon juice
Sugar to taste
Ice for shaking and serving
Soda water or ginger ale
Orange slice for garnish
Pineapple wedge for garnish
Preparation
Combined the juices and ice in a shaker and shake properly
Strain into a glass with ice. Top up with soda water, garnish with an orange slice and pineapple wedge and serve
Alternative: You can add pomegranate juice in it also. For cocktail option you can add 30 ml Gin or Vodka in it. No need to replace soda water in cocktail option.
