Ingredients:
- 1 cup - boiling Water
- 4 cups - cold Milk
- 6 tsp - instant Coffee powder
- 3 tbsp - Sugar
- 4 tbsp - Cream
- Crushed Ice
Method:
- In a saucepan add water and bring to boil.
- Now turn off the flame and mix instant coffee powder and sugar in the boiling water.
- Cool and transfer the mixture to a blender with milk, cream and crushed ice.
- Now blend for few seconds. Add more cream if needed.
- Cold Coffee is ready to be served..
