New Delhi Nov 28 (IANS) Commuters irked over loss of mobile connectivity while passing ITO station on the Violet Line (Kashmere Gate-Escorts Mujeser) of Delhi Metro are likely to see their troubles ended as the transporter has assured that the issue has been resolved.
"We had given the feedback to the agency which does the work for the mobile operators. As we speak all major mobile companies networks are showing full signal inside the station " a Delhi Metro official told IANS on Tuesday.
He said the issue was never at the DMRC s end and whenever they get such complaints they write to the concerned people (mobile companies) to improve their gear or instal it if it is not there.
It was observed that passengers while moving in the tunnel towards ITO from Mandi House station and at the ITO station invariably faced network issues with disappearance of all network signal.
