WTN- Internet technology has percolated deep in our life. Technology has given us ease and flexibility , be it shopping, banking, navigation, e-commerce, e-mails, communication, education, ticket booking, bill payment and so many other day to day activities.

But, it can both boon and bane. It is like a double edge sword. There is a downside to technology. Technology has its importance we have to draw lines how to use it especially for kids and teenagers.

Unrestricted availability of adult content is a menace creating stress and anxiety in supple minds. Teenagers have fallen victim to the malicious online game called "Blue Whale" and lost their life. Due to social networking platform many young people are  losing face-to-face interactions with other people. Most teens having their gadgets in their hands all day long, sending messages and avoiding face to face interaction. At times, children feel more comfortable with virtual friends than with real ones.

Even for adults social media has become integral part of life, and many a times it creates emotional stress, bullying, trolls and exposure to stalkers. Science has gifted us the super technology so we should use it constructively so that would be more boon than bane.
