Mumbai Aug 14 (IANS) Private life insurer Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance on Tuesday announced the inking of bancassurance partnership with Fincare Small Finance Bank.
In a statement the company said Edelweiss Tokio Life -- a joint venture between the Edelweiss Group and Tokio Marine Holdings -- would strengthen its bancassurance channel.
"We have been focused on strengthening our bancassurance channel and have found an ideal partner in Fincare Small Finance Bank. As new age entities it is an exciting opportunity for us to grow together " Sumit Rai MD & CEO of Edelweiss Tokio Life was quoted as saying in a statement.
According to the life insurer the focus will be on using technology for creating a superior customer experience from day one.
