Ingredient:
3 tbsp brandy
1 tbsp orange-flavored liqueur
Crushed ice
1 lemon wedge
1/2 cup champagne or sparkling wine
1 lemon twist

Method:
In cocktail shaker, shake brandy, liqueur and ice until thoroughly chilled. Pour into chilled martini glass, straining out ice.

Squeeze juice from lemon wedge into glass. Add champagne.

Garnish with lemon twist.
