Lessons learned by Chief Minister Kamal Nath from mistakes of previous governments; efforts to keep employees ‘happy’

JAN 24 (WTN) - Prior to the Lok Sabha elections, Kamal Nath government of Madhya Pradesh is working on a strategy to please every section so that Congress party can win more seats in general elections. Farmers' loan waiver can be called a major decision by Kamal Nath government. After keeping happy to the farmers, Kamal Nath government is now working to please the employees of the state government.

In the same episode, State Home Minister Bala Bachchan has given relief to the state government employees and announced that all the cases, registered on the employees, will be withdrawn. Further, he said, “Contractual staff will be given 90 per cent allowance, and it will be completed before the Lok Sabha elections”.

The Congress government of the state is taking many decisions these days which can be clearly seen as politically motivated. Kamal Nath government has announced the withdrawal of all the cases registered against Congress leaders and workers which were politically motivated during the BJP government. Not only that, Kamal Nath government had said, “All the political cases registered during the protest against the amendment in the SC-ST Act will be canceled.”

Kamal Nath government knows if it is to win the Lok Sabha elections, so it is very important to please all the sections. In such a situation, after fulfilling the promise given during the assembly elections, Kamal Nath government is now working on the strategy to make employees in their favor. It is said that during the tenure of CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan, government employees had become angry with the government in the last days and in it was reflected in the ballot votes in the assembly elections they voted against the BJP government.

Kamal Nath, the master of politics, knows that it is very important to make the employees happy, only then they can win in the elections, so they have decided to withdraw all the cases registered on the government employee. As you know, the result of the embarrassment of the employees has caused to suffer by the both Digvijay Singh and Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Now it is necessary to see whether the employee which are called the middle class, and which are considered as the traditional vote bank of BJP, does not support Chief Minister Kamal Nath in the Lok Sabha election.
