Ingredient:
3/4 oz Ginger Simple Syrup 
1 1/2 oz vodka
Club soda to top off, if desired
3/4 oz lemon juice
Lemon zest and cherry for garnish, if desired

Method:
Ginger Simple Syrup 

Combine the vodka, syrup, and lemon juice in a highball glass, stir, and add ice.

Top off with club soda, if desired.

Garnish as desired and serve!
