Beirut Jan 14 (IANS) A booby trapped car exploded on Sunday in the southern Lebanese city of Sidon targeting Mohammad Hamdan an official with the Palestinian Hamas movement Al-Jadeed TV reported.
According to the TV report the car exploded in a parking where the Palestinian official s BMW was parked reports Xinhua news agency.
The explosion damaged the car completely and Hamdan was injured and transported to a hospital.
