New Delhi April 27 (IANS) Hero Motors on Thursday entered into a partnership with UK-based motorsports transmission company Hewland Engineering for establishment of a joint venture (JV) firm.
According to the company the new JV will provide customers with the advantage of design prototype manufacture and testing by a leading UK firm and mass manufacturing at low cost with Hero s participation.
Putting the strength of both partners together Hero Hewland Ltd will be able to provide end to end solution for powertrain systems to automotive OEMs recreational vehicles as well as e-vehicles the company said in a statement.
