Damascus April 27 (IANS) A large explosion rocked the area near the international airport here in the Syrian capital on Thursday said a war monitor.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) however did not provide any further details of casualties Efe news reported.
It also added that the cause as well as the source of the explosion which struck 30 km southeast of here remained unknown.
