Meeting of Public Representatives and Prominent Citizens of Each Police Station Area will be Commenced  

Bhopal: Minister for Home Bhupendra Singh issued instructions that media briefing on incidents occurred in the state should be organized every day at 4.00 p.m. Responsibility to hold media briefing at Police Head Quarters has been entrusted to I.G. Police – Intelligence Makrand Deoskar.

Singh also gave instructions that a meeting of Public Representatives and Prominent Citizens of each police station area should be organized at all the places in the first week of every month. This will facilitate suggestions and cooperation as regard to the functioning of police besides law and order situation. Moreover it will help preventing any untoward situation, emerging due to lack of communication between police and people.-WTN
