Mumbai Dec 13 (IANS) India s current account deficit (CAD) widened to $7.2 billion in the second quarter of 2017-18 from $3.4 billion reported in the corresponding period in 2016-17 Reserve Bank of India (RBI) data showed on Wednesday.
However on a sequential basis the Q2 CAD narrowed sharply from $15 billion reported for the preceding quarter.
