Indu in danger as plea filed in Supreme Court of India against its release!
I will not come out easily, the movie "Indu Sarkar", has got in another leg of the legal battle before two days of release and that is now in the Supreme Court post the not convincing decision from Bombay High court for Priya Singh.
Priya Singh Paul had moved to the Supreme Court to stop the release of the latest work of Madhur Bhandarkar the movie”Indu Sarkar”, just two days before the release of the movie.Priya Singh Claims she is a biological daughter of late Sanjay Gandhi who has appeared in the supreme court of India seeking a stay on the release of the movie. The appellant has stated that the movie is full of concocted facts and is totally loaded with derogatory facts to malign the image of former Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi.
Earlier the Mumbai High Court granted the clean chit to the movie stating, "the petitioner had not made out any case for the court to interfere and stay release of the movie after the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) already granted certificate to the movie" .-Window To News
