New Delhi July 25 (IANS) Qamarul Islam an MLA from Karnataka has been named AICC Secretary in-charge of Kerala the Congress party announced.
"The Congress President Sonia Gandhi has approved the name of Qamarul Islam MLA Karnataka as Secretary of the AICC " said party General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi in a statement.
Islam will assist AICC General Secretary in-charge of Kerala Mukul Wasnik.
