Ingredient:
3 pears Bartlett o Anjou, diced
2 1/2 cups cold water
1 1/4 cups Cascadian Farm organic frozen strawberries
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tbsp of light agave or brown sugar

Method:
Wash, peel and cut the pears into small cubes.

Place all the ingredients, including half of the water, into a blender. Blend until you have a thick mixture.

Pour into a jar, add the rest of the water, the lemon juice and sweeten to your liking.
