Rapper Kanye West was hospitalised after abruptly cancelling the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour.The rapper was hospitalised on Monday, a source confirmed to Variety.com.The Police department here responded to a call of a "disturbance" at about 1:20 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time) on Monday.
