Ingredient:
1 cup bourbon
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 cup chilled ginger beer
Crushed ice
Lime slices, if desired
Method:
In pitcher, mix bourbon, maple syrup and lime juice. Refrigerate 1 hour or until well chilled. Before serving, stir in ginger beer.
Serve over ice. Garnish with lime slices.
