New Delhi July 25 (IANS) : Micromax s sub-brand YU Televentures on Tuesday launched its budget smartphone Yu Yu Yu YUNIQUE 2 with Android Nougat at Rs 5 999.
YUNIQUE 2 will start retailing exclusively on e-commerce site Flipkart.com beginning July 27.
The handset comes integrated with Truecaller that gives caller ID and spam protection features.
"It is a smartphone that will be a compelling choice for those New Age users who are always multi-tasking " said Shubhodip Pal Chief Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer Micromax and YU in a statement.
The smartphone has 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
It packs 1.3 GHz Quadcore MediaTek processor coupled with 2GB of RAM with 16GB internal storage. The smartphone is powered by 2 500mAh battery.
The smartphone also supports multi-touch and packs 22 languages.
Other features of YUNIQUE 2 include 13MP primary camera that has panorama and HDR modes. On the front is a 5MP camera.
YUNIQUE 2 also features 4G WIFI Bluetooth and FM.
