Ingredient:
1 slice shoku pan bread
1 pack natto
japanese karashi mustard
Method:
Cut yourself a wodge of shoku pan bread and stick it under the grill to make it nice and toasty. Be careful if you’re using a toaster, shoku pan is sliced more thickly than your standard British loaf and can get stuck if you’re not careful.
In the meantime, put your natto in a bowl, add the included sauce and whisk with chopsticks until it’s nice and frothy.
Spread the natto on top and decorate with Japanese karashi mustard, yum.
