New Delhi June 2 (IANS) The Cement Manufacturers Association (CMA) on Thursday said that it has offered to provide its full support to the government for evolving a pragmatic approach towards arriving at a transparent pricing for the key building material.
Cement industry is key to support India s growth and development and the manufacturers are committed to find solutions which make the sector sustainable while upholding the interest of the consumers said a CMA statement after its representatives met Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari here.
Gadkari had raised concerns that cement industry raised prices after expansion of road construction activities.
