Ingredients:
250 gm - Paneer, cubed
2 - Onion, chopped
2-3 - Tomatoes , chopped
2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
2 tsp - Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp - Garam masala powder
1 tsp - Coriander powder
1 tsp - Honey
Butter
1/2 cup - Cream
Salt to taste
2 - Bay Leaf
1/2 tsp - Kasuri methi
10-12 - Cashews nuts

    Method: 

In a saucepan boil water and add onions, chopped tomatoes, cashew nuts.
Cook all ingredients until onion changes it colour  and tomatoes become tender.
Turn off the flame and mash it with the help of spatula.
Strain and grind it into a smooth puree. Rest strain stock to be used later.
Now melt butter in a pan add bay leaves, ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala and mix. Add the strain stock.
Cook the masala for 10-12 minutes.
Then add honey and cream and cook for few minutes.
Now add cubed panner and kasuri methi (either paneer can used directly or by slightly frying it in a butter then put into masala).
Saute for a minute then garnish with cream and coriander leave.
Serve hot with chapatti!!!!
