Ingredients:
- 1 cup - unsweetened peaches
- 1 cup - milk
- Honey
- 2 tsp - organic cold pressed flax seed oil
- Ice Cubes (optional)
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth puree.
- Pour in a glass and serve!!!
- Add ice cubes if required.
