Poll shows Duda leading in Poland's presidential race
In the second round of the elections, Duda would win 49.6 per cent against Kidawa-Blonska, who serves as deputy marshal of the Sejm (lower house of parliament). However, the current President would lose in a duel with Kosiniak-Kamysz, with the former projected to secure 43.9 per cent of the vote, while the latter 45.9 per cent. The President of Poland, who is limited to two five-year terms, is directly elected using the two-round system.
