Precautions for Sun Exposure

April 21 (WTN) - In this modern Era we all are aware of the harmful effects of the direct sun exposure. Ultraviolet rays are harmful for your skin that damages the skin cells. Sunburn is very common in summer and is one of the other main effects of sun exposure. Apart from sunburn, problems like suntan, wrinkles, eyes problems, skin cancer and skin spots can also be caused.
 
The major precautions are:
  • Try to stay out of the direct sun exposure particularly between 11:00am to 2:00pm.
  • Start using the sunscreens with at least SPF 15.
  • Try to wear protective clothing so that you can cover yourself.
  • Always wear the sunglasses for maximum sun protection.
  • Prefer regular skin checkup for the maximum satisfaction of your knowledge with a skin expert.
At last, the foremost thing to remember is the proper and healthy food habits. In this modern age there are many people who expose themselves to direct sunlight in hot summer for livelihood. Many people neglect proper food habits in high temperature during summer. Drinking lot of water is desirable along with natural drinks like coconut water, buttermilk etc.
