Rajkummar Rao learns stitching for the film

26 Jul 2018

July 26 (WTN) - Rajkummar Rao's upcoming film 'Stree' is a horror comedy. In this movie he is going to play the role of a 'tailor'. He disclosed that this work may seem to be easy, but it needs a lot of preparation. He explains, 'Once you sit on the chair, you have to make tremendous fit in. You can cheat from body double, but I wanted to do everything of my own. So I bought a sewing machine and hired a tailor in Mumbai who could teach me stitching. There was also a tailor to guide me on the movie sets'.

Now Rajkummar has to learn the local language of Madhya Pradesh for which he will talk to local people there. He explains, “I took few days off from other projects to prepare well for ‘Stree’. We finished the shooting in regular schedule. There are large numbers of viewers in our country who likes watching horror-comedy”.

Rajkummar also praises Shraddha Kapoor. He said, “She is amazing and so hardworking that by seeing her everyone gets stunned. She is very sweet and now she is my best friend”.
