New Delhi April 2 (IANS) The Supreme Court will hear later on Monday Tamil Nadu s plea seeking contempt proceedings against the Centre for its failure to set up the Cauvery Management Board (CMB).
"We will hear it on Monday and resolve the issue " a bench headed by Chief Justice Deepak Mishra said after Advocate G. Umapathy appearing for the Tamil Nadu government mentioned the matter for an early hearing.
