Shahrukh Khan again in trouble as ED enforce notice!

SRK is in trouble again as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued a notice to the actor who is currently busy with the promotion of his upcoming project “Jab Harry Met Sejal” which is set to hit the silver screen on 4th of August. 

SRK has summoned to appear before the agency in a case of alleged loss of Rs 73.6 crore forex during the T20 cricket league- IPL.  SRK also the owner of IPL team Kolkata Night Riders (KKR), has to appear and give the explanation and justification of violation under the  Foreign Exchange Management Act ie FEMA.  ED has asked Shahrukh Khan to appear personally on 23rd of August in the inquiry. 
SRK owned KKR under the company "Knight Riders Sports Private Limited", ED is probing the sale of shares of KRSPL to a Mauritius based firm at a cost which is much - much lower than the face value and eventually rolling out the loss of RS 73.6 crore Forex.-Window To News
