Harshvardhan made his acting debut with Rakesh Omprakash Mehra's movie Mirzya opposite actress Saiyami Kher. Mirzya was declared as a box office disaster. Before acting, he worked on Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet as an assistant director.
