New Delhi Sep 29 (IANS) Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Friday greeted people on Mahanavami expressing hope that the festival of fasting and devotion will help end social ills.
In a message Gandhi said Navratras are celebrated with devotion in all parts of the country and hoped the festival will provide "energy to purify the body and mind and end ills of the society".
