Thiruvananthapuram June 4 (IANS) Toonz Media Group and Australian-based Yellow Entertainment Monday announced a co-development and co-production partnership and global distribution deal for a preschool animated series.
Greg Page co-founder of The Wiggles and President of Yellow Entertainment will serve as Executive Producer while P. Jayakumar CEO Toonz and Alec Miller (VP Creative Development Yellow Entertainment) will be producers.
Yellow Entertainment will handle pre-production including IP creation scripts and music while Toonz will lead all other aspects of production.
Jayakumar said that this is an exciting venture they are embarking on together which will bring enriching content for young audiences worldwide.
Headquartered in Technopark here Toonz through its state-of-the-art animation studio has produced numerous successful kids and family entertainment brands through its global production partnerships with companies including Disney Turner Nickelodeon Sony Universal BBC and Paramount.
