Turkey shine in comeback win over Sweden
The Turks who made their tournament debut last Friday with a 1-2 loss to Russia created more chances in the first half at the Friends Arena here on Monday and it came as somewhat of a surprise when Isaac Kiese-Thelin scored minutes before the break to put Sweden ahead 1-0.
The contest looked to be settled in the 49th minute after Viktor Claesson made it 2-0 for the home side with a thunderous strike from 25 yards out but Hakan Calhanoglu clawed one back for Turkey just two minutes later reports EFE news agency.
