United Nations Sep 6 (IANS) UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has condemned an attack on a convoy of UN peacekeepers in Mali that killed two and injured two others.
Extending his condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims he wished the injured a speedy recovery.
Guterres spokesman Stephane Dujarric in a statement said the Secretary General noted attacks against peacekeepers may constitute war crimes under international law.
Tuesday s attack on the UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilisation Mission in Mali (Minusma) happened in the Kidal region Xinhua reports.
