Ranchi Aug 27 (IANS) Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu on Monday asked the all universities of the state to use traditional Indian dresses in the convocation.
Jharkhand Governor Principal Secretary Nitin Kulkarni said: "The Governor has directed all the universities of the state to use traditional Indian dresses instead of existing dresses."
At present gowns and caps are used in the convocation.
