June 04 (WTN) - Actor Sumeet Vyas says that he is feeling lucky that he got an opportunity to work in the film 'Veere Di Wedding', with many nominative actors. Shashanka Ghosh has directed the film based on the friendship of four comedies, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania.

Sumit said in a statement, "The reaction of the Veere .." has been fantastic. I am getting calls from America, Canada, UK and even from all over India. I am feeling lucky when I get this opportunity.

He said, “The film is doing well, in Rajasthan, especially in my hometown ‘Jodhpur’. People of my hometown have really appreciated my work and I always thank these people for their support.

Veere Di Wedding movie is making tremendous earnings across the country at the box office. On the first day of release, the film proved to be the third-largest opener of 2018. The film has collected a collection of 22 crores in just two days of release. Adult Comedy and of the four friends of living their own way of life, the story the film is getting a huge footfall in theaters.

After earning 10 crores on the first day, the film's earnings figures have been double. Film Trade analyst Taran Adarsh has written about the film's earnings that till this week the film will be able to easily earn Rs 35 crores.
