Damascus Sep 30 (IANS) At least 28 civilians were killed in bombings in Syria s Idlib province the Syrian Observatory For Human Rights (SOHR) reported on Saturday.
Two unidentified aircraft bombed a residential area in Armanaz village reports Efe news.
The second bombing caused casualties among rescue teams trying to assist those injured in the first attack according to SOHR.
