The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) is a national level professional organization primarily engaged in promotion of better and effective utilization of human resources at all levels.. ISTD headquartered in Delhi has 47 chapters across India.

ISTD took an initiative to inculcate Women entrepreneurship by organizing an awareness program and honoring Women Entrepreneurs to celebrate the glory of Bhopal women on 21^st March 2017 at Arera Club, Bhopal
The awareness program touched topics like how to narrow down on a business idea, how to start a business, what are the perils in starting a business and how to arrange finance.
 
The face behind this glorious function was Ms.Rashmi Bhargava, National Council Member of ISTD & Women Empowerment Team Member, who herself is a successful entrepreneur, heading an HR Consulting Firm, De Novo
The other faces beind the scene were Mr.Piyush Mathur,Chairman,ISTD Bhopal Chapter Mr.Salil Chaterjee, National Treasurer,ISTD ,Mr.Sanat Gangwal and Mr.J N Choudhary
