Mumbai Feb 9 (IANS) Public sector Bank of Baroda on Friday said it closed the third quarter of the current fiscal with a net profit of Rs.111.78 crore down from Rs 252.67 crore posted for the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
In a regulatory filing to the BSE the bank said it earned a total income of Rs 12 976.28 crore for the quarter ended December 31 2017 as against Rs 12 181.04 crore earned for the quarter ended December 31 2016.
Provisions for the quarter under review stood at Rs 3 426.51 crore up from Rs 2 079.50 crore for the same quarter in last fiscal.
