Los Angeles, Nov 16 (IANS) Actor-filmmaker Ben Affleck flashed a big grin while biking on the New Orleans set of erotic thriller "Deep Water".

The 47-year-old, who plays Vic Van Allen, was seen layered up in black and grey athleisure attire on Friday, reports dailymail.co.uk.

Oscar-nominated director Adrian Lyne's adaptation of Patricia Highsmith's 1957 novel centres on a wealthy man suspected of murdering his wife Melinda's lovers.

Stand-up comedian Lil Rel Howery revealed on Friday that he arrived in Louisiana to film a mystery role.

On Thursday, Affleck remarked to Louisiana State University student Noah Blackwell on location: "There's a lot of crazy, weird people out there."

Earlier, Affleck and his onscreen wife, played by actress Ana de Armas, filmed a scene where they watched their onscreen daughter (Victoria Paige Watkins) play football.
