Ingredient:
24 blackberries, washed and rinsed, plus extra for garnish
24 mint leaves
6 tsp sugar
4 tbsp lime juice
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup white rum

Method:
In two mojito glasses, place 12 blackberries, 12 mint leaves, 3 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of lime juice in each glass. Muddle, releasing the berry’s juice and mint flavor.
Add 1/2 cup club soda and 1/4 cup white rum in each glass. Add ice, stir well and garnish with lime wedge and extra blackberries. Enjoy!
