Ingredient:
1 ½ Carrot (grated)
1 Green Chili (finely chopped)
1/2 cup (125ml) Curd
1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
1 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
1 Red Chili (dry)
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds (Sarso)
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Peel and grate the carrots.
Boil the carrots and green chillies along with salt in little water.
Once the carrots are cooked thoroughly, let it cool.
Once cooled, add the curd to it and mix thoroughly.
In a pan, heat the oil and add red chillies to fry.
Add mustard seeds and wait till the popping sound comes. At the same time put in choppen onion and ginger to fry.
Stir till the onions become tender and add the fried items in the carrots-curd mixture.
Mix carefully.
Delicious Carrot pachadi is ready.
