Mumbai April 30 (IANS) Automotive tyre maker CEAT Ltd on Monday said it has posted net profit of Rs 278.72 crore for the year ended March 31 2018 down from Rs 362.73 crore logged for the year ended March 31 2017.
The Board of Directors at their meeting held here recommended the dividend of Rs 11.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year ended 31st March 2018 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
In a regulatory filing in BSE the company also said that its total income for last fiscal stood at Rs 6 387.06 crore up from Rs 6 417.98 crore registered during the year ended March 31 2017.
