Ingredient:
Champagne, to top off glass
1 1/2 oz ginger infused simple syrup
2 oz cranberry juice cocktail
2 oz vodka
Fresh cranberries for garnish
Method:
Make sure all ingredients are well chilled.
In a champagne flute or martini glass, combine the vodka, cranberry juice cocktail and simple syrup.
Add champagne to top off glass.
Garnish with a few fresh cranberries, if desired.
